   hmm.. surat.. could it be that the children in mumbai no longer have that spark in their eyes? most of them look almost.. well, dead…its a very sad sight..not like a lot of people look at their eyes.. how many would? stare at the little urchin trying to sell you something at the traffic signal? most people wouldn’t coz then you might just feel some pity and be tempted to buy.. no.. mumbai is much too hardened a city for such sights i think…
